STARTED KELV
For as long as I can remember, I've dealt with cluster headaches. If you know, you know. The kind of pain that stops everything. Over the years I tried every remedy, every trick, every hack. One thing that consistently helped was staying properly hydrated with electrolytes.
But here's the thing: I couldn't stand the powders. The chalky taste, the gritty texture, the hassle of mixing it in water everywhere I went. I'd skip it more often than not, and the headaches would come back harder. I knew electrolytes worked for me. I just hated every way of taking them.
So I started asking a simple question: why don't electrolytes exist in a form that's actually enjoyable? Something portable, no water needed, something you'd genuinely look forward to. When I realized nobody had done it, I decided to build it myself.
