Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

KELV ships to over 180 countries and territories. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KELV is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at info@getkelv.com and we will do our best to help.
