Refund policy

At KELV, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@getkelv.com with your order number and reason for the return.

 

Please note that electrolyte lollipops cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons. Sealed, unopened lollipop boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

 

Padel apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@getkelv.com. We will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@getkelv.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@getkelv.com.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In such cases, KELV will cover the return shipping costs.
